SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing all of your tracking details and a link which you can follow to track your order.
United Kingdom Standard Shipping (3-5 Days)
All packages dispatched on a standard shipping service in the UK are sent via Royal Mail. You are able to track your order on the Royal Mail website through the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find this link, you can track your order here.
If a delivery is attempted but fails, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to rearrange your delivery.
Outside UK & USA Standard Shipping (7-14 Days)
Orders sent are sent with Royal Mail here in the UK. Once it reaches the United States, your parcel is then passed to USPS (United States Postal Service) - you will be able to use the tracking number you receive in your shipping confirmation email on the USPS website to track your parcel in more depth.

ORDERS & RETURNS
After getting your order, we are unable to make any changes once it has been placed. This includes; item, address and payment changes.
We aren't always able to cancel your order due to speed in which the warehouse works, so please get in touch with us and we will try anything to get your wish/problem sorted.
Depending on the service used to return your item(s), it can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.
